An assumption, not a quote: we apply a typical consumption for the car's size and fuel (electric cars are costed in kWh, not litres) and show the figure used on each card. Rentals are "or similar", so the exact car is unknown until the desk. Included-mileage caps are shown too — going over is charged by the supplier at a rate they set, which we cannot see, so it is never in these totals.
One lookup per date-slot, politely paced — a 90-day chain takes about a minute.
